June Lake Little Loopers is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) organization in June Lake, California. We collect as little information as possible, and we never sell it.
When you submit our volunteer form, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, event selection, and any note you choose to write. That is the only personal information we ask for. We do not have accounts, we do not sell anything on this site, and we do not ask for payment details.
We use what you send us to contact you about the event you expressed interest in, and to organize volunteers for our events. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking, and we do not share your details with other organizations, including the groups we fund.
Form submissions are saved in this website's own database and are also emailed to board members at addresses we control. The website is hosted by Elementor, which processes data on our behalf as our hosting provider. Email is delivered through our email service provider. These providers can access data only as needed to run the service.
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function. Where non-essential cookies are used, you will be asked for consent and may decline without losing access to any part of the site. If we enable website analytics in future, this policy will be updated to say what is measured before it is turned on.
Our pages link to Facebook, Instagram, and our ticketing provider. Once you follow one of those links you are on a service we do not control, governed by its own privacy policy. We receive no personal information from those services beyond what is publicly visible.
Although our work serves children, this website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Photographs of children shown here are published with the permission of their families. If your child appears in a photograph and you would like it removed, please contact us and we will take it down.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email junelittleloopers@gmail.com and we will respond as promptly as a volunteer board can. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
